Hannah Muse is an internationally-celebrated teacher of meditation, mindfulness, and yoga. A devoted student of Buddhist philosophy and neuropsychology, Hannah has been formally teaching meditation for over 10 years.

Known for her nurturing, empowering teaching style that skillfully weaves ancient wisdom with modern-day living, she has taught thousands of people how to meditate and live a less stressful and more fulfilling life. She has certified over 100 teachers in her meditation and yoga teacher training programs.

In addition to working with individuals, organizations, and companies to support their wellbeing, Hannah also serves on the board of the Yoga For All Movement, offering access to yoga and mindfulness to the underserved.
