Free Gratitude Yoga Class | Online

Free class : bc I’m grateful for you.

Thank you for being here with me. For every deep breath shared. Every sacred Om uttered. Every moment of recognition shared as we show up for presence, and remember together, the ineffable gift of this one wild and precious life.

This is a free class, however, if you feel called, we are collecting donations for Amah Mutsun Tribal Band.

Amah Mutsun Tribal Band members are descended from the indigenous peoples of the Awaswas-speaking and Mutsun-speaking tribal groups that occupied the coastal regions from south-San Francisco to inland Monterey Bay. These were the tribes and villages that were forcibly taken into the missions of San Juan Bautista (Mutsun) and Santa Cruz (Awaswas) during the late 18th century. Before the arrival of the Spanish, the ancestors of the Amah Mutsun Tribal Band actively stewarded their land through cultural burns and other methods to support healthy marine and terrestrial ecosystems.

The Amah Mutsun Tribal Band is today working hard to restore traditional stewardship practices on these lands and heal from historical trauma.

Here’s what folks are saying about Hannah’s signature offering:

It’s like if you combined a delightful community gathering, a badass workout, a serene meditation session, an energy healing, therapy, an esoteric ritual, a poetry reading, a music festival, and a powerful non-denominational church service that leaves you on your knees, opening your heart to grace again…

WARNING: Regular participation in The Ritual may result in an expansion of your mind, a softening of your heart, a grounding of your body, an awakening of your essence nature, and a renewed sense of belonging to this world.

Prepare to move and be moved.
